1. Data Compliance

We use the Google Cloud Vertex AI (Enterprise) infrastructure, covered by the Cloud Data Processing Addendum (CDPA). You maintain total control as the Data Controller. Locus.IA operates in compliance with international privacy standards, ensuring the professional secrecy required by the legal profession.

2. Zero Training Policy

Contractual guarantee that your case data is NOT used for training public artificial intelligence models. Your legal secrets are shielded. Unlike standard cloud services, the indexing (reading) of your files (PDFs, DOCX) is performed 100% on your own computer.

3. End-to-End Encryption

Your files are processed in a secure environment and deleted from processing memory immediately after analysis. No human from Google or Locus has access to the documents. The only data that travels over the internet are the prompts (questions) you send to the AI and the return (answer), both encrypted.

4. Uninstall Instructions

We respect your freedom of choice. You can remove Locus.IA completely from your computer at any time by following these steps:

1. Open the Windows Start menu.
2. Type "Control Panel" and open it.
3. Click on "Programs and Features" or "Uninstall a program".
4. Locate "Locus.IA" in the list of installed programs.
5. Right-click and select Uninstall.

Uninstallation will remove the executable and clear related system files. Your case folders (original PDF files) will not be deleted, as they belong to you.
